Terms and Conditions

Sonusland Audio Tours provides its service to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement. Please read this carefully. This agreement governs your use of the www.sonusland.com and any other corporate site, like this website, related to Sonusland.

  1. Restrictions and responsibilities
    1. This is an Agreement for Service, and you are not granted a license to any software by this Agreement. You will not, directly or indirectly: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code, or underlying structure, ideas, or algorithms of, or found at or through the Service or any software, documentation, or data related to the Service; remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Service or any Software; modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Service or any Software; or copy, distribute, pledge, assign, or otherwise transfer or encumber rights to the Service or any Software.
    2. You will abide by our privacy policy as set forth on our home page. We may update these documents from time to time at our sole discretion.
    3. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sonusland, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, and consultants from any and all claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including without limitation legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, or from your violation of the terms of this Agreement.
    4. Customer information will not be use for any other purposes than those intended with the service. We will not use your customer information for the purpose of sending unsolicited commercial email. We will not disclose personally identifiable information about you to third parties, unless we believe such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (1) comply with the law or legal process; (2) protect or defend our rights or property or that of others; (3) enforce this Agreement; (4) respond to claims that the contents of any communications violate the rights of others; or (5) as otherwise provided in the Agreement.
    5. We reserve the right, but are not obligated to, review any content posted by Users. We retain the right to cancel and delete any information/content violating responsible use rules defined by us. We disclaim all copyright and other rights in such content and all responsibility for them.
    6. The Service may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or solicitation of any material that violates the applicable laws of United States of America, European Union, Chile, or other laws that may apply in your local area is prohibited. This may include material that is obscene, threatening, harassing, libelous, or in any way a violation of intellectual property laws or a third party's intellectual property rights.
    7. You must not misuse our site by knowingly uploading viruses, worms, trojans, logic bombs or any other material which is malicious or technologically harmful for us and our clients. You must not try to gain unauthorized access to our website, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
    8. We will not use your content or other information for any purpose that violates our privacy policy.

  2. Support and services
    1. Sonusland offers its Service subject to the terms presented in this Agreement. Sonusland may, at any time and with no previous notification, modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement and may discontinue or revise any or all other aspects of the Service at its sole discretion. All modifications will be made available online and will be effective immediately upon posting to hosted website. You agree to assume responsibility for periodically reviewing this Agreement. By continuing to use the service, following the initial posting date of modifications made by Sonusland, you also agree to be bound by the Agreement as amended. If at any time, you disagree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may terminate it by sending an email to info@sonusland.com, and in the subject "close account".
    2. If you are unable to download the audio walk please contact our customer support centre by email on info@sonusland.com. Be sure to identify yourself and provide details of the problem encountered.
